Angelica was recently quoted in the July/August edition of the ICAEW’s magazine, Economia, in an article looking at africe for merging after acquisition.

In her words, she quotes that while around 30% of deals fail due to a lack of focus and attention on culture, in the current climate not all cultural differences need to be leveraged. She says, “There is a shift in M&A towards accepting cultural diversity, and creating a new culture based on future needs and competitive advantage, such as speed and innovation, rather than on what has worked in the past.”
